Turn Waist轉腰 – 逆—前—後Nì One After Another

Stand in a medium horse stance, with the feet two shoulder widths apart, back straight and the hands resting in front of the Dāntián 丹田, palms facing down, or continue turning from the last movement Turn Waist轉腰 -順—前—後 Shùn One After Another.

As the body turns to the left, circle left hand out and upwards to face height, or higher and keep the right hand at waist height. Begin to turn back to the front, the left hand comes down from the face making an inwards circle – a Nì Chán Sī Jìn 逆纏絲勁 circle. Continue turning to the right, allow the left hand to pass down to waist height and at the same time circle the right hand up behind and then inwards towards the face – making another Nì Chán Sī Jìn circle. The hands and body follow along together, as the right hand goes down the body turns left and as the left hand goes down the body turn. Just turn left and right, do not shift the weight and also there is no up and down movement with the body. Breathe naturally and let your eyes follow the rising hand. Repeat one after another, ten times or more and then move on to the next Chán Sī Jìn纏絲勁 movement Turn Waist 轉腰 – One Shùn, One Nì 順逆
