Stand in a medium horse stance, with the feet two shoulder widths apart, back straight, hands resting in front of the Dāntián 丹田. Lift the right hand up to face height in a Shùn Chán Sī Jìn 順纏絲勁 circle and start to turn to the right. At the same time, start to move the left hand down in a Nì Chán Sī Jìn 逆纏絲勁 circle. One hand is moving up and the other hand is moving down in opposite directions. The right hand Shùn Chán Sī Jìn circle and the left hand’s Nì Chán Sī Jìn circle meet at the Middle Dāntián 中丹田, Here the waist turns to the left and the hands meet at the wrists with the right hand under the left hand. Begin to turn to the right and allow the right hand to start another Shùn Chán Sī Jìn circle and the left hand to start another Nì Chán Sī Jìn circle. When the body is turned to the right, the hands are open, the body rises a little and we breathe out. When the body is turned to the left the hands are closed, the body sinks a little and we breathe in. Repeat the movement as many times as you like.
